    Frozen Summer Treats

    Frozen Summer Treats

We have been trying to come up with some frozen ice lolly / popsicle ideas to try at home.

    1. Strawberry Watermelon: Blend fresh strawberries and watermelon together with a bit of sweetener. Pour the mixture into Popsicle moulds and freeze..

    2. Coconut Mango: Combine coconut milk, diced mangoes, and a touch of lime juice. Blend the ingredients until smooth and pour into Popsicle moulds and freeze.

    3. Berry Yoghurt Popsicles: Layer Greek yogurt and mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries) in Popsicle moulds. You can sweeten the yoghurt if desired. Freeze until solid.

    4. Chocolate Banana Popsicles: Dip banana slices or whole bananas in melted dark chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Insert popsicle sticks into each slice and freeze until the chocolate is set.

    5. Pineapple Coconut: Blend pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and a squeeze of lime juice until smooth and freeze.

    6. Chocolate Peanut Butter Popsicles: Blend together ripe bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and a splash of milk and freeze until firm.

    7. Squash Lolly Pops: Make a batch of your favourite squash and freeze in lolly moulds.

    8. Green Smoothie Popsicles: Blend together spinach or kale, pineapple, banana, and coconut water or almond milk and freeze until solid.

    9. Iced Fruit Slushies: Blend together ice, your choice of fruits, a little bit of water or fruit juice, and sweeten. Serve it in a cup with a straw for a cool and fruity drink.

What other combinations can we all come up with?  Enjoy
